Sir:
Sergeants Joyner and Demott, pilots for our DH-4, will not arrive until later this morning, and thus are not available to spot for our artillery. Before I hand the flight over to Lt. Goodhew, I would like to suggest, respectfully, that the office handling replacement personnel maintain communication with the office assigning missions, so this problem may be avoided in the future.
